Went in at 4am hoping to get Breakfast before work. But they don’t serve breakfast until 5am I guess people that has to be at work before 5:00 o’clock. But this isn’t McDonald’s they recognize their customers needs. Not everyone is just leaving a bar this time of the morning.
Awful service!!! I am a fast food manger I get it gets rough but its so dead at 3:40 a.m. If you hate your job that much find a new one!!
Food was great. My son and I got flipped off by someone standing in the back and I thought that was very unprofessional.

Do NOT go to Steak and Shake on the west side! Rude fucking servers and can't even get the shit right! Got yelled at when I complained my order was wrong and the check was wrong and he wasn't even our server! Then he blamed our server for the cook making my sandwich wrong 3 times! Will never go back there and won't ever recommend anyone to ever go there!
