Place was so dirty it was ridiculous. Tables and floors all sticky and trash under booths .
Today we had the best food and service at a Steak 'n Shake ever! Our server, Bailey Lewis, did a FAnTASTIC job! We eat out a lot, and he gave us the best service we've had in months! The place was busy, and they repeatedly got everyone fed quickly and seated. Very impressed! Now that kids eat free every day, it made it a great lunch out.
Had excellent service! Was seated the very second we walked in, tables cleaned and our food was out in no time! All in all it was some of the best service ive had in some time! Our waiter definitely deserved the 50% tip we left!
Thefood was good but the waitress act like it bothered her because I had 3 cups of coffee and I had to ask her for the third one
Except of milkshakes, my order is hardly ever totally right. And lately the shakes are less and less and the whipped cream more and more.
Slowest service I've ever had. Only one person was actually working. She was mopping, sweeping, checking on customers, and doing the transactions all while everyone else looked at us standing in line for 5 minutes (with no one in front of us) and looked away without doing anything. Took more than 20 minutes to get food with only 5 other customers in the restaurant. Completely dissatisfied. Food tasted good and my order was correct. That was the only good thing that happened.
It was racist as hell and got not one single piece of brownie bites in the brownie blast shake smh
