I have came through the drive thru 2 times and ordered the 4 for $4 meal. I did not receive my chili or cookie. I inquired the last time thinking the first time was an accident. And was told they were an upcharge to get the chili and cookie. I only received my burger and fries. 4 for $4 should he clear. you should get 4 items. Training is needed! I will not be back.
I love their Cherry Limeades - when it’s made correctly. It never fails. It’s either no cherries or no limes. I called to get the latest messed up one replaced. It was missing limes and was flat. Spoke to a manager. He told me that I should just come inside and not go thru the drive thru anymore since it was not made correctly. He refused to replace it. Wait on their customers in a timely manner it sucked we got up and walked out nobody ever came to ask us what we wanted to drink nothing. and they were not busy like they usually are when we go through there

Stone cold fries and chicken tenders! Awful.
Love their hamburgers, salad and milk shakes. Have been eating there for over 50 years. Where ever we are if they have a Steak and Shake I'm there. When I dated before we got married we ate there twice a week. Love it.
Love the food here. Milkshakes are to die for!
