Slowest drive-thru I have ever seen!! Twice I have sat for 20-30 minutes with merely two cars ahead of me. Take some pointers from Chick-Fil-A!!!! Sheesh.
very bad coustmer service , very slow service , they don't follow health regulations by wearing mask and gloves . they refuse to give manger or owner name or phone number if you asked for it . there's is a woman who takes the drive through orders at night she yalls at the customers , another employee smokes in uniform at the drive through . if you try to make complain they refuse to give you any information and they know that the headquarters office is already closed and no one there to pick up the phone .
This place sucks. we sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes, with only one car in front of us. When he finally got his food, it was only two small bags. He left, and we pulled up to the window. The girl was standing there. We waited a full 5 minutes and she never opened the window. We left. Wont be back.
The food was really good as always, good prices, but the waitress we had was rude as sh*t. She brought us our food, and never offered us a refill on drinks until we was leaving then ask if we wanted a refill to take home. I went to pay with a credit card, it ask if how much of a tip I wanted to add on I put 0.00 and she looked at me as if she was throwing daggers, that was ok, I told her i would have given her a tip (as i always tip my server well) but her service sucked, that she never returned to our table until we was lea... read more

6 cars in parking lot two on drive thru and told it would be at least a thirty minute wait for any order whatsoever
I have been to Steak m Shake on Liberty Dr in Bloomington twice in the last week. Twice I left. We stood over 10 minutes both times waiting to be seated. Waitresses looked at us and then went on doing what they were. A lady waited at the counter 20 minutes trying to buy gift cards. She left also. I’m done, I won’t go back. Waiting for Freddy’s to open.
We waited forever for our food and when we finally got it they forgot about my baby grandsons food. When we said something because they had not brought it out it was about 5 more minutes before we got and she sets it rings in front of him and said be careful its hot. Really you just put hot food in reach of a little one. Than when I went up to the register to pay I stood there for 10 minutes waiting to pay. They were busy, but not that busy they had empty seats.
