RecommendedThe place was very busy but the waitresses were on their a game! Food service can get stressful when that busy but there were no signs of it. The girl that waited on us was so kind even though our small group came in staggered. one of our group is on crutches and one fell to the floor and while carrying a tray a lady picked it up for us. if I had any issue it was that I wish the girl had come to the cash register a little quicker but with how busy it was I understood.
I haven’t been to this location since it started closing early. What is happening? Failure in management? Has corporate abandoned Bloomington, IN? The other two locations closed under very unusual circumstances and now all I hear is stories of how this one is always in need of help. We pulled up one night to discover it was still closing early and a Sheriff’s car trailed us in. Very disappointing that it has come to this. The waitress was excellent with our table of 12. All orders were correct and served with a smile.
This steak n sneak has totally went down hill , the last two times we went there they were completely understaffed and we looked past this but today when the one waitress rolled her eyes and says to the other I’m not cleaning that table for them and management did nothing about it .... sorry I will send my money elsewhere that wants to wait on us!
had to wait an hour for our food & still never got it. We left & told them we had to get home soon. We were traveling back home to Sellersburg, living near Louisville, KY.
Really good service all the way throughout, unlike the Muncie area SnS
