Absolutely ridiculous. I unfortunately have to use this Steak n Shake often, as it's the only restaurant near my job that I can go to on my short lunch break. I can't remember the last time ordered from here and you guys actually got my order right- doesn't matter if you're dead or packed. Since my lunch break is short, I rarely have time to go back in and get it fixed, meaning that I have wasted countless dollars on this steak n shake for food I NEVER RECEIVED.
