The service was terrible and the food was worse ,
Poor service. Waited in line for 15 mins just to pay and no one still would rings us out. Shitty people along with people can't speak English
Manager should be fired immediately. Took over an hour for milkshakes, and only about 15 customers so it wasn't like they were slammed. On top of that none of the shakes were what was ordered. Manager was cursing and said I hope you do get me fired because I hate this f******g place. Damn if you don't like your job then quit.
This place should be closed down! Rude waiter I called and was hung up on by the manager Alan was his name and was talked to like a dog by the waiter and waited about 10 minutes before he decided to grace us with his rudeness to take our order. Close them down!
HAD A GREAT MEAL TODAY, JUST LIKE EVERY TIM i GO THERE. TODAY WAS WAS EVEN BETTER, SOMEONE ANOMALOUS PAID FOR JASON AND MY MEAL. THEY WOULD NOT TELL ME WHO IT WAS, i THINK I KNOW. THANKS STEAK N SHAKE!!
I just ate with my friend here and our waitress announced ON THE FLOOR “ oh and now I have to take this table too” not said very nicely and then multiple tables around us that were done eating when I showed up were still there after I left waiting on food to go or milkshakes even after finished eating. On top of that had tables waiting for checks way before I showed up and still waiting when I left. some tables weren’t even greeted for 10-15 minutes. Took 25 mins to someone to even offer to get drinks then ignored by our server went to Logans road house much better service never got to order food!
