Their order thru the drive thru was terrible...had to wait 15 mins and when we got it , it had stuff missing. Not the first bad exp there or the one in Lou ! Beginning to not like it as much . service needs a upgrade.

Everything went well. Didn't have to ask for a refill. Stopped by several times to ask if we needed anything else. Older server I think her name was Liz.
Food was terrific! I forget there names but we had one waitress who wasn't on the clock got us almost everything but our food. I guess this location is short staffed???? I saw some employees standing at the register doing nothing while one waitress ran the show. All in all great food good experience and the staff was actually very nice and not rude for the circumstance they had.
Slow service took an hour for burgers and then waited 45 min for a refill waitress was awful never came by our table till I talked to manager will not go back to this location
The food was very good, the service not so good. After I got my food the waitress put he ticket on the table and she was done. She never checked on me never refilled my coffe. When checking out the girl asked how everything was and I told her about the coffee. She took the coffe of the bill, which was very nice. Don't waitresses know they work for tips?
