While the food was prepared well the time element was not good. It took forever to get our food. This place gives the term fast food a black eye.
Afternoons notoriously slow but nornings are great. Fast and clean
HORRIBLE customer service once again I don't know why I keep giving them another chance I won't make that mistake again.
It was Thanksgiving night,and the place was packed out the door.Mostly with shoppers for black Friday as it was about only place open. So after waiting 15 minutes to get a seat, we ordered, and it took nearly 30 minutes to get our food. However we were seated near the waitress station so I got to see and listen to them. 1 or more had called off so they were short help. Great friendly service. Even on Thanksgiving.
My husband, daughter, and I are usuals when we walked in they were busy and we were willing to wait.....the hostess/waitress skiped us and seated the couple with their kids who came in behind us first....then proceded to but the couple in one booth and the kids in another....we were not even acknowledged...been a part of customer service one way or another for 16 years and i would not treat my customers that way. Its either feast or famine here...you either get great service or the crapiest service ever
Had a great experience, great evening, great food�have a toddler and the mini burgers are perfect!!! She loves it!!
