We got seated right away, but the server brought are food and ticket and then she didn't come back to our table. Only time she did was to bring us a drink. I was going to get a milkshake before I left but I was so mad that she was taking care of everyone else but us, so we just left. Plus I wanted the shooters and they was out of the buns.
Was there with my family tonight we waited 25 minutes to just get drinks. Dirty tables every where and a line out the door. We waited over an hour for our food just for it to come out cold. My sister and her husband literally went and asked to have their food microwaved!! The manager did discount our ticket but i will never be back.
Not even 1 star, this place always sucks ..
They take forever in drive thru & dine in to sit you, don't even acknowledge you when you 1st walk in. Shakes take forever to make & the black lady always there on night shift is rude. I can't stand this place , smh.
As soon as my boyfriend and I walk in we hear a woman in the back say something about someone being a "fat ass" and then we don't get told where to sit and another woman says from across the room "I put your menus on the table over there." As she walks to the back she yells to a customer (placing a to go order) "what do you want? What did you say you wanted sir?" The service was poor, didn't get the order right, wait time way too long, no refills and didn't ask if we wanted a milk shake or any thing else, the food was good.
Of course the food is good. It's just a matter of getting it in a timely manner and getting it correctly. My son order 3 shooters with an extra order of fries and a mint Oreo shake. Extra fries never made it to us--even after the manager said he would go get them. Shakes finally came as we were getting ready to leave. Had to send my son's back because it was the wrong one. The rest of us just coped with what we had. They have lots of process issues!
