Just had the worst service! The manager was rude as hell. Threaten an old lady who was just waiting to be seated. When the lady asked if she could be seated. The manager then said to the woman, "You can get the hell out of my store, and if not I'm going to call the cops on you". When all she wanted was to be seated. Waited 20 mins for DRINKS!! Waitress "Miranda R" didn't tend to us at all. She left us to play on phones while the Manager didn't do anything. Drinks came out after food, The other manager brought us a glass that was cracked with glass shards in it. waitress took our drinks with the cracks as we were getting ready to take a picture of it saying, "let me get that" we were told the waitress was not new she had worked there some time now. we weren't only ones who had a horrible experience with bad service others were complainin... read more
The food is always great but the service is horrible. Everytime. I go because I like the food but it doesn't matter when you go it's slow. I've been at dinner when they are busy and I've been at 4 am when we was the only ones there and it still took 45 minutes after ordering the food to get the food. The waitress took 10 minutes to come over just to get our drinks.
Quick, easy, friendly atmosphere. The waitress that I had was very friendly. Overall great experience! Plus, this location is convenient to where I live so that is a plus as well!
Went back to steak and shake today hadn't been in a year. Food was the bomb. Fresh and hot. Seriously very impressed. Keep it up. I will be back.
My grandson an I as hungry , he wanted WhiteCastle and I wanted a bowl of chili. So I talked him into steak and shake , waitress was great , his food was great, but the chili tasted like it had been made to thin and they had tried to compensate the fill with ketchup as you can guess I sent that ketchup bowl with beans back , told the manager , her eel,y was I guess we had someone different making it , I got home and called corporate
Terrible service, messed up our order, no refills, it was just a horrible experience!!
