We sat down, waited about 10 Minutes, and We’re not acknowledged on at all. The manager seemed oblivious. Very disappointed.
Here's a tip...SERVERS don't chew your gum with your mouth wide open while serving me. & We got there before the other 2 people walked in & they got waited on first. I used to serve. And this girl that served us, shouldn't be serving at all... Didn't check on us until our food was done. Her perfume was gagging. Waited until we finished our food to ask for refills...I saw one girl working her butt off, she had black hair, in a bun, wearing a black choker...girl YOU ROCK! Keep up the great work.
This place sucks we waited 30 min to be waited on and we had to get someone else’s attention. After placing order it has been 45 waiting on 4 milkshakes after a friend got his cheeseburger. Don’t come here u will not get any service and u will watch some sit on their ass and just be ignored while some run around but it seems nothing is accomplished.
Recommendeda must stop when I visit Indiana, food, service and prices are great. Wish we had one in Spring Lake NC.
Absolutely horrible experience. My family and I eat here all the time. Never again. Waited for my order got home almost everything was wrong I called waited on hold 34 minutes then manager Allan picks up phone hangs up. I called back and told him i waited so long on hold didnt even get chance to day hello before he hung up. He said We r busy. I waited in line for 30 mins after ordering 4 of the Mushroom and Swiss burgers that are 2 for $3. It should've cost $6 and some change but I paid $10 bc I asked for extra mushrooms. I barely got enough mushrooms to cover the bun which is normally what you get without paying $4 more for it. Very disappointed in the food. Horrible service just waited 25 minutes only got 2 of our 5 drinks no food and had a waiter run into my daughter five times several tables that came in after us got food in the 25 minutes, also watched three other families walk out before us. When we asked the manager what the deal was he told us to have a good night so we walked out too
30 mis with out even getting to place a drink order. Then a server wants to come up and offer to take our order as we are getting ready to leave and wants to have an adatude because were leaving. To top it off manger wants to be like oh sorry we was the largest tabble there
Just there with grandkids and had a great meal. Good service.
