The waiter was fantastic! Super wonderful experience! Food was hot and the shakes as always are awesome!
More employees outside hanging out back then inside. Been in a drive through line w only 3 cars for over 30 min now. Edit.. and the order is wrong.. Yall suck. Ill spend my money elsewhere.
The staff that’s there when we’re getting off night shift at Amazon is very friendly & attentive & the food is very good
Went through the drive thru, ordered a combo with drink and upgraded to onion rings instead of fries, also ordered a shake. she gave me the drink and asked me to pull forward as they were waiting on the onion ring. she brings the food and tells me she's waiting on the shake now. she comes back with the shake so I leave. well, when I get home I have fries and no onion rings and the burger is cold and the bun is hard. very disappointed.
The server CC who seated us never acknowledged us or any other table who had more than 2 people. She would seat many people and tell them she would be right back and never pay them any more attention. We waited for 15 minutes before JR heard that we were leaving and came to take our order, cooked our food and made sure everything was correct. He is the only reason we stayed, was super friendly and apologized so many times for our wait. Some of the servers need to go through a training on how to talk when customers are around... read more

We waited forever to be seated.. once seated we waited 20 mins for someone to take our order. Our food was good but the service was absolutely terrible! No napkins.. No refills on our drinks.. I never got my cheese sauce that I was charged for and we was charged for extra shakes that we didn't order! Not to mention the floors were gross! 😝 We will never go back! They need to shut down!!!
