they're trash and they don't answer their phone when their app isn't working.
too long of a wait inside or drive through, the staff hasn't smiled once at ANYONE while I'm here. I've waited 25 minutes and have yet to have a waitress ask for our drink order. We was seated and forgotten while other tables were waited on directly beside us. It is a holiday I understand but this is sad, the entire main dining side is empty, it isn't nearly as busy as expected but I now understand why. I once LOVED coming here when I was younger but as an adult who also works with the public this "hospitality" made me sick.
Steak N Shake in Clarksville sucks two cars in front of me in drive through and it took 35 minutes from order to pick up window and when I got to window five bags sitting under warmer and yep that’s right my sandwich was cold ... took it back and they didn’t want to give me my money back ...
Absolute worst service ever! Waited in drive thru for over 10 minutes for a drink only order. Ended up having to go in and get my money back because no one ever came back to the window after taking my money!
Waitress's name was Marsha and she was extremely RUDE! First off they were out of chili, which wasn't her fault. But then she brought our food giving my food to my fiancee and then my food to him. She forgot his cole slaw and he asked for some cheese sauce for his fries and she literally sighed and acted like it was a big inconvenience. We couldn't even flag her down for much needed refills, napkins and utensils, so asked another server then overheard her say if they would have asked I would have brought them what they neede... read more

I left this location less than 10 minutes ago and I must say the food was good and the service was great. I was seated within 20 seconds of arrival despite the place being packed. The beautiful young lady who took my order was very polite and professional. The food arrived within 5 minutes of placing my order. I'm not sure what is causing all the butt hurt and negativity with other people, but my experience was excellent!
Absolutely disgusting place all around. Allan, the manager, is a MAJOR dick for starters. The place is a disaster, you can’t get service for at least the first 45 mins of being sat at a table and not to mention the 20 min wait to be sat with 1 table in the whole place taken. HIGHLY recommend that NO ONE waste their time or spend their money to keep this business going. Super disappointing because Steak ‘n shake is actually decently priced for decent food when they make it right and don’t bring it to you COLD.
Foods usually good but the old white haired manager needs an attitude change. Poor management on his part.
