Steak ‘n Shake does have the best homemade Milkshake’s. Their burgers taste better than most. The Drive thru is slow.
I have never been to a Steak 'n Shake or any other large chains where i was so disgusted. Our waiter, with an 8 top, only spoke or served at one corner of our table...not even attempting to "serve". She just stood at the corner every time, which wasn't frequent, and asked me to pass everyone's drinks and food. We asked for all drinks to be served in To Go cups, and were not allowed to be served large to go cups in the dining room. Our order was wrong, and food was stale. Put out BIGGER fries, have a bigger meal with more food instead of just a couple of hamburgers. Clean your place up and get a staff that will work instead of hiding in the back and bull sh*÷ring with each other or taking a smoke break every 10 minutes.
Showed up and it's closed with all the employees playing on their phones and no signs up to explain. Completely unexceptionable
Went in Sunday at 8pm, restrooms were covered in urine and no paper towels. After 10 mins of no one in front of us and were not even greeted, we left. Never going again.
it's the third time I have everything wrong 😡😠😡😠
ordered an online order at 750pm to be ready at 830. upon arrival there was a wait staff cursing at a cook, and they refused to come and check on me for quite sometime. the manager on duty is some sort of young child by the way they acted. refused to refund the 40$ that was spent. left without my food and 40$ in the hole to go somewhere quicker as my children need to sleep for school. worst experience to date. total time spent at location was 1 hour and 15 mins. with no resolution.
Terrible service, the only one wanting to work was the cook. At least 20 people ended up leaving due to waiting forever.
