The BEST Steak n Shake to go to. If you go there ask for Emilee or Jessi. They are two of the BEST waitresses there. The two of them know me, say hi every time I go in even if they're not waiting o on me and they know EXACTLY what I plan to order and they get it perfect EVERY time!
Today the employees were rude, the food was wrong, the shake was wring, the managers didn't even listen and blamed me and family! We won't be back!
First of all, it was dirty tables. Then they obviously didn't know who's table we were at. Finally got a waitress who asked "did someone help you yet?" Then I ordered a single bacon steakburger with cheese and it came out with NO bacon, just burger and cheese. And it had Cajun on it from my fries...sloppy. Service was terrible and we will not be back.
I've been here many many times with my fiance. It was where we had our first date and many afterwards. We both worked third shift for a while and this is where we would go after work. The food is always amazing. Drive through something is always messed up but that's another thing. Normally we'd be there around 3 or 4 in the morning and the servers were always ALWAYS friendly, if things were going slow they would talk to us and we'd be understanding, we were never in a rush an...Continue Reading
Sat in the drive thru for 45 mins 15 of which was sitting at the window with cold fries waiting for them to make a milkshake. Only for the girl to come back to the window to ask me what I was waiting for. I get that your busy but this is ridiculous! So disappointed.
This place is always dirty and nasty. The waitresses never seem to know what they're doing and they always mix up our orders. They have some serious staffing and management issues. I wouldn't recommend ever going here.
Service was poor. Took twenty minutes to get drinks. Un organized. Needs cleaned and the servers trained. Had four waitress look at me the 20 minutes we waited for anybody to pay us attention.
We LOVE the food, BUT EVERY TIME we go there our order is messed!! There is always an error. We have stopped going through drive thru and we actually sit at the counter so we can watch and call out their mistakes. Even today we watched them make our entire order, correct them on what they had forgotten and then got home to find they didn't even place everything into our bag :-/ How were we to know we have to pull everything out of the bag one by one just to make sure it's correct?? Loved the food but the service was terrible!! Our drinks never got refilled, we had to get up and search for a server if we needed something. One of the worse experiences I have ever had at this restaurant.
