The worst service possible, the wait staff is slower than a snail in winter. We stood waiting to be seated for almost ten minutes, after being seated took another 10 to 15 minutes to place our drink order. Then after that it took twenty minutes to get our drinks and be able to place our order. EPIC FAILURE of leadership and customer service all the way around
I go to the Steak & Shake in Clarksville IN at least once a week sometimes twice. I find the staff friendly and ready to make your order to your satisfaction. I get my fries lightly fried and that is the way they come to the table, the first time. I am looking forward to trying their new All American Melt.
Sat in line for almost half an hour waiting for two milkshakes. The entire staff needs to be fired and replaced with people who are actually competent.
I love Steak 'n Shake and try to go to them when I see one Because I do not have them back at home (Sioux city ia)...I will NEVER return to this particular one again...Not friendly employees what so ever! Lady that seated us didn't even say a hi or welcome just asked how many there were and then when she took us to the table, the little place mats they have, she sits them on top of the menus and walks away instead of setting them out like other steak n shakes I have been to do....then the waitress comes and still no hi or we... read more
Terrible service and taking forever to get food!!!! I think they need a whole new staff....waitress walking around saying "oh my gosh" loud enough for everyone to Hear. Get some class! Thanks Jess for your compassion and service you provided.
They were busy, but everyone around us were seated and served we still hadn't seen a server When I caught the manager she said she would get some one but we still waited longer and she never stopped to see if we were ok. Food was ok
friendly staff and good atmosphere!!!!! Much better then the steak n shake on Dixie highway and upper hunters trace Avoid the dixie highway location
