What has happened to your service!! Last week it took a half and hour to get two milkshakes! And today our entire order was screwed up and took forever to get. You need new employees.
They were out of kid lids, clean knives, salted caramel, pretzel, butterfingers, nutella, Mac and cheese, and only had thin weird napkins left. As we sat there they kept running out of more stuff and the servers were loudly arguing with the cooks through the window. Unfortunately, this is normal for this Steak and Shake.
Used to be a nice place to eat. Service is horrible, nobody seems to have any direction. Food is bland, tables and bathrooms consistently not clean. On our last visit, tables near us were not cleaned up, all the shakes tasted like vanilla, the employees have no personality or enthusiasm. Culver's is now our choice for good burgers, fries and shakes.
Waited 20 minutes to even give a drink order and that was after I went looking for a manager. Food is Steak N Shake great but service is always horrible.
Service was poor no refills on drinks waited over an hour for our food wich was cold. The server looked stoned I was verey angry when the food got to our tabel. I was ready to walk out and go eles were . the buns were hard as a rock also there was no silver ware to be found. I like Steak N Shake but will not return to this location any time soon.
Had horrible service. Table was dirty i asked multiple times for it to be wiped off. Cups were dirty, one even had lip stick prints on it. I complained to my server and also manager and they laughed and said sorry. No discount or anything.
The service is terrible at this location. They are always short staffed or something and you can hardly get waited on.
The staff in clarksville is RUDE. Even the manager. Girl that was working tried to tell me kids meals don't come with a drink. I won't never go back. Went along time ago and we went in and ordered. I ordered a burger and it was cold an my husband and his friend was like no way an they felt it an it was so I said something and he SAID he went an made another one but soon as he brought it out like 2 mins later that burger was cold too.
