The food was great as always, but the people working the windows, yesterday 12-28-16 just seem to be overwhelmed /or don't know how to do their jobs. I overheard a rude comment to the car behind me from the girl working the first window. About it being to late to take something off the order and they would have to get a manager all the way back here to do it. The way she said it was extremely rude to me.
The waitress are awesome but their management is poor.. the food is good but could be a little better... and they are a little understaffed...
I have loved steak and shake since the 70's. Still the same great taste.
We were passing through Sedalia on our way back home from a weekend with family and needed something quick and under $20 to feed our family of 5. I did a quick search and found that Steak 'n Shake has online ordering and 24 meals under $4, so I ordered while my hubby filled us up with gas.
