Me and Sondra love steak and shake! Great food and good service.
It was filthy. 2 hrs we set and told employees about the mess by the time we left it stillhad not been cleaned..
Food and prices are good. But today I sat in line 20 minutes at the drive-thru and we find this more and more common. Was there at 2:45 this afternoon. Did not recognize my coupon so had to re-do the cost twice. Drove home, unloaded groceries and sat down to eat. I had someone else's hamburger also, so I know they were not happy. I usually enjoy steak n shake but it wasn't pleasant today my shakes sat at window 5 min told server that got a RUDE &HATEFUL what do you want me to do about it. Assistant mngr was also rude no how was your meal or anything. Hopefully corporate says something.
My family has eaten at this location twice, and received outstanding food and service both times. We will absolutely be returning! :)
Place was very dirty. Our order was wrong. Service was horrible. Sad thing was NO one cared.
