Ordered salt and vinegar fries tonight to go....Fries are over covered....WHITE! I wish I could post a picture it's so awful
The food was passable and cost what i expected it to. The waitress was at my table literally 3 times only.
I come to Sedalia every month and I always stop at Stake N Shake. Love the customer service and community. Everyone is friendly and the cooks and staff work efficiently. Multiple times I have had a meal bought for me. As a service member it is extremely humbling. Will always come back for great food and great service.
Had two bad experiences here so I assure you we will never be back. Dine in- waitress forgot to give the kitchen our order. Waited 45 minutes before she realized. She gave us two free coupons for a specific meal that had expired in two days and couldn't use the day of. Today, went through the drive thru and it took the lady 10 minutes and 3 do overs and she still couldn't take an order for two burgers and fries. Lol we just went to Freddy's..
Mushroom and Swiss burger with fries...and a chocolate shake...yummmmm
My daughter and I waited at the hostess stand for several minutes while servers and back kitchen staff look at us several times, it no one acknowledged we were waiting. The server was so sweet but obviously wasn't trained well at all. She seemed to have been just thrown in the job, and to top it off: as I watched for my daughter to return from the restroom I saw a male employee go into the men's room and return to the kitchen rather quickly.... just saying to whoever reads this that I can't wash my hands that fast so....yeah... read more
Drive thru has got to be the slowest fast food in town. It's that way every time we visit
