The floors were sticky, table and booth they put us at were filthy and then they brought us a high chair that had dried soda covering it. Sit there for at least 30 minutes before I seen an adult! Completely understand that today's youth need jobs but they also need to attempt to do it with 100% and show some respect for themselves and others.
First visit ever!! It was an awesome experience for my husband Mark Dawson and my Friday nite Date nite.. We will return!!
Went through the drive through waited at least 15 minutes after paying only for my chocolate covered strawberry shake to come without the chocolate. Not the first time my order has been wrong at this location.
This steak and shake is really a wonderful place to eat the staff is friendly and the food is great!!! A big thank you to whomever paid for our meal! It was incredibly sweet of you!
They changed their burgers. They are not terrible. They just taste like every other burger place on the planet now. Buns are too thick. Less bacon on the bacon lover's. Steak N Shake used to be the place to go to get a burger that was different and extremely tasty! Not anymore. :(
