My question is who is the head clown running this 3 ring circus. This place was total chaos and it appeared that there was NO-ONE in charge. The little server literally spilled the entire tray of drinks into the laps of my husband and daughter. They were completely soaked from their hips to their ankles. He did apologize and I understand accidents do happen but at no time did a manager come over to apologize. I was also very disturbed that his co workers belittled him in front of customers.
RANT ALERT!! OK... So my husband surprised me with a date night at our favorite place that we ALWAYS go for date night.. Like always we are greeted, sat, and told someone will be right with us but 10-15 mins later still no one... Even though about 3 people passed us while looking at us so they knew we were there!! There was barely anyone there and the servers were either playing on their phone or paying with each other in the back when people can clearly see them!!
Food came out cold n old fries were cold service was poor
Just left and was very disappointed. Our food came out and my burger had raw onions and American cheese. I sent it back explaining I asked for grilled onions and Swiss cheese. Well that was a mistake because I never saw another plate of food and when my husband finished his food I had to flag the waitress down to get her to take my order off the ticket.Waited another ten minutes or so and finally had to go to the counter and take care of it. #ifimpayingforititwillbemyway
We ate a there Monday.. a early dinner... Only a few people in there eating... We had a nice waitress.. got seated right away and got our food pretty fast. We had hamburgers and a shake.this is our 3 rd time to eat there. No problems...
Loved it. Cheap and very good and loved the atmosphere.
