Awful service. Waited 20 minutes and still no food. They must fix one order at a time. You all need to go to Mobile and see how a restaurant is suppose to work. If you had this service in Mobile you would already be out of business.

Worst service ever. Our waitress didn't give us utensils and when I asked she didn't even come back to the table. The girl didn't give us right order and tried to give us someone else's food. Then when she got it right it didn't look like the pictures at all!! The food was bad as well because it looked like it was scraps on a bun. My mom barely had any barbeque sauce and fried onions on the Western barbeque burger and I barely had any garlic sauce on my garlic burger. Also the fries were tiny and looked like crumbs. My nephew, and great niece ate the food. I had the shakes for 2 days, and they were good.

Terrible, terrible service. Our waitress was the only one really working. She seemed frazzled and miserable. Meanwhile, the manager loped around completely ignoring the dirty, empty tables while about 12 customers ( 2 large families) waited to be seated. Bathroom looked like it had never had a thorough cleaning. I've had a stomach ache and bad indigestion the last few hours after eating there... hence why I'm leaving this review at 2am. Don't eat here.
It was phenomenal and very delicious! We didn't have to wait long our food and server was very sweet. They sell the most amazing parmesan fries and garlic hamburger. I recommend this place a lot and it's very cheap
