The burgers were good however our waitress had the worst customer service skills ever. She did not bring napkins or utensils for eating. I had to ask for those. She never once came over and asked how our meals were while my son and I were eating our burgers. As I was talking to the young lady at the register, the young lady tells me that our waitress was the manager. SERIOUSLY the manager. Worst customer service skills ever. Needless to say I did tip her $1. She wasn’t going to get any tip.

It was really good, the weekend and the kids were free.
Waited in the drive thru for over 45 mins to get the wrong order. ☹️
My question is who is the head clown running this 3 ring circus. This place was total chaos and it appeared that there was NO-ONE in charge. The little server literally spilled the entire tray of drinks into the laps of my husband and daughter. They were completely soaked from their hips to their ankles. He did apologize and I understand accidents do happen but at no time did a manager come over to apologize. I was also very disturbed that his co workers belittled him in front of customers.
