They messed up my order twice . Had to walk out. First time I've left.
The workers are so rude! They reach over your plate of food! Had a hair in a milkshake!

So glad to see Steak and Shake open one up in Louisiana I'm from St.Louis Missouri we have a bunch and I love my steak and shake and yes it was very good just like back home
I've eaten at this location a few times, but this was the worst I've had. Not very friendly and food was just fair...and I usually love a thin, crispy edge burger! Rather Freddy's in BR.
What a great place to bring the kids for a good burger and an outstanding shake.
Packed house. We were seated promptly by a very a friendly staff member. Our waitress, I believe her name was Jasmine was courteous and friendly, waiting on us quickly. Food came out slowly but I assumed it was the volume of customers. I agree with some of the comments on seat coverings in need of repair as well as the floor needing sweeping and mopping under tables.
