Worst service ever!! It will be a while before we come back IF we ever come back! I'm pretty sure it pained our waitress just to seat us and take our order. Then no one wants to do anything or help out other workers because it's "not their job"
Food was great except my husband said no onions and he got onions. Place was clean. Service was not bad but not great either, almost like they were new and unsure of themselves.
I love their food. And the staff and management is awesome.

Have eaten at steak and shake for a few times over the last 2-3years in Mobile Ala area and Covington for the price of a good burger have enjoyed their menu . Always am ready to select a new type of one at 4.00 a meal it's well worth the stop no matter what anyone will say about the wait staff. For 4.00 I would make it myself rather than spend twice the amount at Mickey D s or Booger King really that carp doesn t even taste like food except for Mac Donalds � yeah
This place was disgusting inside. The whole place was filthy. The food wasn't great either. When we brought up the dirtiness to the manager, she seemed as if she could have cared less.
The seating in this location is shabby and torn up. On the occasions I have visited the service has ranged from just below average to downright awful and rude. The last visit, last night, was the worst. Compound this with the extremely mediocre food. Yes, it's cheap and you get what you pay for, but the lousy dining experience is not even worth the five dollars charged for their burgers and fries. The hostess and waitstaff certainly do not merit tips. I won't be returning.
