Ordered a #15 food was very old and cold..
Service was terrible. Waitress was on the phone the whole time. Another waitress actually took our shake order.

This has always our "stop when we going through" spot. The last 2 times are the last time! Last time we went we sat for 10 minutes and nobody even acknowledged we were there, so we left. We decided to give them another try yesterday big mistake. Bathrooms were filthy, serves was horrible never checked on us to see if we were enjoying our meal or offer refills on drinks and order was messed up, and of poor quality husband had 2 mushrooms on his burger my burger had a half of strip of bacon and a very small pinch of grilled on... read more
The service is horrible, if you get someone to serve you at all. Place is dirty, especially the bathrooms. Cooks are wearing earphones and playing with phones while prepping food.
Food and, especially, service were good. Ended up sitting at the counter which was a bad idea. VERY dirty-- cell phones sitting in food prep area along with employee drink cups. It was slightly busy when we sat down, but when it was slow no one had the initiative to clean or even tidy up their stations. Not sure I would go back.
