This is a new review August 2025 as we now have an 17 month old Cocker Spaniel who has just experienced his boys operation ,enough said poor lad but once again we must say a big thank you to Tim & the staff who do a wonderful job in this small & friendly practice we were reassured & didn’t worry unfortunately one testicle was undescended all went well & our beautiful boy is back to his normal self ! Litter of pups sent from vets, not placed on mum for first feed, barely breathing, some gasping, first time breeder left traumatised, no good advice given, would never recommend
Wow, what a brilliant group of people, i will be forever grateful and thankful for your work, service and professionalism- my bulldog had an elective section, service was amazing- you are a truly wonderful group of people 🫶
Great vet and staff thanks again
Telephoned as we had a small issue with 1 of our Cats. Spoke to a lovely friendly lady and got an appointment same day ( which wouldn't have happened at our previous vets) arrived early but was seen straight away by Tim. Issue was dealt with within minutes and we were on our way back home with a happier furbaby. Changed to Steads due to issues with previous vet and so glad we did.
