A very friendly and relaxed club to support anyone wanting to get healthier and feel better in themselves. I find the plan easy to follow...not calorie counting and the products taste delicious. Grace is lovely and very supportive. Highly recommend.

This group has really helped myself to loose weight and get my confidence back. Grace is an excellent mentor and gives much needed motivation and advice on the best way to achieve my goals and to keep the weight off. The group are all very friendly, I’ve made some lovely friends. I’ve tried other popular weight loss groups but this is definitely the best.
Staveley Nutrition club is the best place to go if you want to change your ways, improve your health and feel better in yourself. Grace our coach is amazing and gives you the best help and advice. Everyone that attends the club are so welcoming and friendly, we all love meeting up to encourage and see the changes in each other. I would highly recommend to everyone, come join our group and change your life.
I love this group , i am now in a good eating routine ,I’m feeling much healthier in myself and enjoying my weight loss journey ,Grace is a fantastic coach she has given me so much help and support ,the group is lovely everyones very friendly and welcoming , I would recommend it to anyone wanting to loose some weight and feel better about themselves
