RecommendedOne of the best experiences I have ever had with a emergency center. The team was extremely professional and accommodating. They went out of their way to help me. Arranged my tests for me and had exceptional follow up. I can not Express Enough how amazing this team is. I am so thankful that I found them and I am spreading the word about their fabulous care!!
Went in to get some heart meds refills. These clowns wanted to see the bottles “to be sure I wasn’t trying to get recreational drugs”. I’m guessing that the providers here either are mid level or quacks if they can’t tell the difference between heart meds and recreational drugs. I’m better off going to a real clinic. Don’t believe their ads they put out about their onsite services. If they have onsite lab services why do they need a collection box for LabCorp?
Terrible attitude by PA. Xrays were poor and unusable. Would not recommend. Useless. Gave them two chances two different occasions. No third for any reason

Unprofessional, that’s all I can say.
I have been a patient on and off for a few years.. Never again! The quality of care is acceptable but the back office is terrible. A bit over a year ago, I went to Statmed for xrays following an auto accident. On two previous occasions I informed them that my attorney was handling the bills. They kept dunning me and then threatened collections despite several attempts on my part to get them to send the bill to the attorney. This place is great! I went there after dropping a 20 lb bar on my great toe. I was only there about 35 minutes and had an x-ray and my foot put in a boot. Not to mention my co-pay was less than the ER and the PA, as well add the rest of the staff were great. I highly recommend it.
