Station at 3700 The inside of the apartment was clean and we'll kept. It is on the small side and the layout is wierd so it difficult to fit larger furniture. Appliances are old and outdated. The walls are also paper thin can hear i can hear everyhing my neighbors do. The outside grounds are not well kept and there is often trash on the ground. Parking is limited and there are no sidewalks so you must walk in the parking lot.
The good and Bad about Station 3700- Euless, TX The application process was pretty simple. They have an online application and you are able to check the status of the application. The website also provided additional information like apt # and the amount needed on the move-in date. However, the apartment associates were a little hard to get a hold of at times and didn’t always call back when they said they would. Once we were moved-in everything was great. My Station Status I recently moved into these apartments with my sister. We were hoping for a third floor apartment to avoid the extra noise of people living above us; however, we ended up with a second floor apartment. Less stairs is always nice too I guess, so we didn't have a complaint. The apartments have been kept in really great shape so there weren't any major issues to be fixed when we first saw it.
