WASTE Bad communication, terrible maintenance, been asking to get things fixed since moving here, the apartment they gave us doesn’t look anything like the apartment they showed us. Every month we’re paying something different for trash etc…

Horrible place!!!!!!! Your car gets broken into!! A/C is always breaking, water is always shut off!! Roaches!! Loud neighbors, office doesn’t care about anything after you move in! Your clothes get stolen. Worst place ever!!!
I can’t wait until my lease is up! Roach infestation in the building. Despite months of complaints, pest control has not come out. They recently left a note stating they would come but never did. Maintenance marks work orders as completed without ever coming. I had to leave my apartment for a week due to maintenance issues, hoping they would be fixed. Beautiful Community Evergreen has changed a lot since i moved here, and the staff is amazing and Mrs. Dana is doing an awesome job of managing the property and maintenance is on point. Thanks for all you guy's do daily.

HEAVEN I just want to say the office staff here is so NICE!!! Dana, Kourtnee, Beverly & Belinda was the friendliest I have ever experienced. Most times people working in the apartment industry are rude and will not show interest in helping. Well, that was the complete opposite of what I found here. My Move-In day was Great!! :) I will recommend any and everyone to do yourself a favor and come down to see for yourself :)

Worst Move out Experience We moved out at the end of February. And we have paid a non-refundable deposit of $300 with third party called Zetty. However, the management has unnecessarily charged for housekeeping, and some dummy carpet cleaning, although the carpet was in a same condition when we moved in. Even the house was in the same condition how they provided. Apart from this, we had lots of issues with the management regarding service request. Don't rent from here When my son and I first moved in our place, it was very old looking. Old appliances, holes that have been patched on the walls, broken vanity in both bathrooms. Old toilets that don't flush well, kitchen cupboards/ drawers that are broken, beaten in dented refrigerator. And we pay the same amount in rent as new and remodeled places.
