Nice apartments and great price! I have enjoyed living here and renewed my lease. The office staff has always been extremely helpful, I love my apartment, and I am going to spend so much time in the pool this summer! It is also close to my work which makes it even better.

LOCATION IS BEST! Best location I could have picked. Great staff and convenient location. Close to TX-183 and TX-360, which makes it easy access to get to Dallas for work. So many spots to eat nearby and I love Italian food.

I can’t wait until my lease is up! Roach infestation in the building. Despite months of complaints, pest control has not come out. They recently left a note stating they would come but never did. Maintenance marks work orders as completed without ever coming. I had to leave my apartment for a week due to maintenance issues, hoping they would be fixed.
