Very good! Made some nice friends in the leasing office and everyone is a phone call away if there are any issues??
No maintenance request is been filled in timely manner. Maintance request not being full filled it has been almost 15 days now after opening small request for changing led light in sealing as I cannot do myself. Called multiple times and leasing officers and staff has given false assurance all the time.

Spare Yourself! My experience in this complex was completely horrid! If you want to move into a roach infested, unprofessional, unsafe complex then this is the place for you! First week after moving in we noticed roaches and the problem only got worse a time progressed. They would occasional come spray for them but it never did anything! The management never handled anything in a timely manner! Don't be fooled! The location and apartment layout is good. The office staff, assistant manager and manager are very nice when you manage to get them on the phone or go into the office. Don't let that fool you, they lie and do not care about your issues. I'm not sure if the maintenance is so overworked or just plain lazy. Instead of fixing the frozen motor on the freezer (originally submitted 5/24, then again on 6/8) their idea is to just turn it all the way up - so all of my food was thawed and ruined by the time I got home... read more

Love This is a beautiful apartment complex and office staff was amazing. The manager Kassidy was very helpful. It just wasn’t as close as I need it to be for my new job as I am new to the area. But I would definitely lease here.

Bad I applied here and explained my status and showed them the papers and IDs i could use, they assured me it would work and that I would be able to move within a week, since I told them my lease had ended and needed to move in that week. Do Not Move Here Management is horrible and they charge you for things that are supposed to be included in the base rent price. Had a very very bad roach problem. Work orders take weeks to even attempt to get started. Horrible place to stay. On move in day my apartment was not even ready to move in..

Don’t move here COVID related issue Called the office and spoke with Miranda the office manager about our air not being fixed correctly. Someone came out to fix it on Monday 6-14-21 and by Wednesday 6-16-21 it still was not working correctly.
