I never write reviews but honestly save your money and time! We got there at 8:30, bought our tickets online and paid extra for the fast pass. We waited 2 hours in line for the bus at the Metra Station, waited another 2 hours to get into the woods, and then saw there was yet another 1-2 hour line to get into the house. The VIP line was longer than the general admission line, and the wait was so disorganized, crowds of people everywhere, cutting in line. There was no haunts during the long wait...I honestly didn't see any sta... read more

Very unorganized. People controlling the crowd do not know how to handle things. The wait for everything was scarier than the event.

Let me start by saying, I really enjoyed the haunted house it was fun....I did however feel super bad for all the people that I saw at the train station waiting in line for the shuttle bus after we got back...I feel like this was poorly planned. If I were in line waiting for as long as they are going to wait I'd be pissed that I spent my money and time on this place. If you decide to go, leave early!!!!!!! I repeat LEAVE EARLY! We got there right as it opened, the actors were great I'd suggest that they hire more actors fo... read more

You guys have a well thought out layout inside and out side the props where amazing the little details in the rooms are awesome i would enjoy coming thru again just to see your little improvement. I did buy the groupon for two people and turn out was what i figured it would be i don't mind waiting in lines if you entertain a little bit but sadly at the train station there was no actors the bus driver where clowns that was a nice touch. After going thru the entire haunt i do understand you guys might have been short actors .b... read more

It was set up well, house is built really well, cool setting, the woods were creepy, the house was amazing, but it was NOT SCARY. It was lame. The actors kinda sucked. Alot of small children dressed up and wandering about.they were creepy. I was scared a little bit once during the entire thing. And that was due to me not paying attention. I paid for the vip pass and the non vip line was shorter. They need to step up their game here.

Tons of work and effort was put into this haunted house. Really really enjoyed this. Very different, unique, and just was a flat out good time. I'll definitely be back!
