I have dealt with Stateline for 3+ yrs. I bough a 2014 Ram from them that was hit from behind and totaled and I looked at several Rams before I bought a 2015 Ram from a competitor. I am not as happy with this truck nor do I care to go to the dealership for service. I drove from Matthews on Saturday mornings to Stateline to have my oil change every time. They are fantastic and I may very well buy from them again.

Quick response. I followed about pricing as deal was too good to be true. Found out the 30 pictures in ad we’re of another vehicle (the old bait and switch) routine. A week later they are still running incorrect ad on Cargurus.

Dealing with Stateline was very frustrating! Very slow in their response time. Also, the deal they offer on trade in is insulting. Offered me $5000 less than trade in value.
