First, let me say that had the initial contact through CarGurus not been positive, this would be a one-star rating. Let me also say that although we were unable to reach an agreement to buy the car we went to see, that is not the reason this is a negative review. The dealer contacted me, and gave me pricing info. We went there, looked at and test drove the car. We negotiated, (entirely friendly) but did not reach an agreement. This is not unusual. They called the day after. I despise car salespeople... Pat was the first pleasant salesperson I've worked with while looking for a truck. She did a great job and did not have to act in anyway like most salespeople with the greasy car sales tactics. Delearship was willing to negotiate price, but could not come to an agreed upon price and did not purchase. Would purchase from this dealer. Ask for Pat.
