Someone contacted me in a very short time. The telephone experience was normal and helpful. I went to the dealership on three occasions. First went to look at a 4Runner. It was smelly. They said they had a subcontractor that would be over that day to get smell out. I went back several days later and they made up an excuse about not having it done. Nothing but lies from this dealership. They listed a price and its seemed to low to be true, so I spoke with someone from the dealership and they assured me the price was right. I was actually out of town but bc the price was to good to be true I had my mother who has a poa drive 2 1/2 hours the next day to get the truck as the sales person told me they wouldnt hold it with a down payment. My sales person was very nice, good casual conversation and had no problem letting me drive several vehicles. The one star comes from them refusing to honor the offer they have listed on here. I was advised that it was a pricing error and they didn't want to lose their jobs by matching the online price, even after showing them this page with the price. They said they couldn't sell the truck for less than $32k and offered me below auction pricing for my trade in. Nice salesman, dishonest management.
Very easy to work with staff. Everything is explained. They go out of their way to make sure your shopping experience is excellent!
They misrepresented the vehicles condition. They describe the vehicle as being in outstanding condition when in fact the vehicle was in very poor condition. It had dents on it, bald front tires, radio antenna was missing,dead battery, just totally misrepresented the condition of the vehicle.
