Excellent customer service
Long but worth the read. This place is Horrible. Donât give them your money. The vehicle I was going to buy had some scratches they were supposed to buff out as part of the deal and called me and said âWe got it buffed and itâs looks great! Come on by!â Well, my wife and I drove all the way out there with my 2 year old, and when I got there it hadnât been buffed, maybe ran through an automated car wash at the most, and the scratches were more apparent. Showed up and the price on the car went up 3k from the previous day. Was advertised the emblems on the car were blacked out. They should have said it had peeling black spray paint on the emblems. They did offer a good price for trade in, the only reason this isn’t a 1 star review
At first, Patrick was very informative about the vehicle, and communicating with me about my upcoming appointment to view the vehicle. On the day I was to have my appointment, Patrick called me by phone, and emailed me to confirm the appointment at 4pm.
