Communication was good, although I will say the automated messages by 2-3 different lines from their dealership did get rather annoying. They fell extremely short of trade in value and we just couldn’t make a deal happen.

I drove three hours for a ridiculous interest rate in which i have excellent credit, so i asked for OTD price so that i could contact my lender and was never given one. this place is very unprofessional. also the day of my appointment they increased the price of vehicle $1500
