I drove three hours for a ridiculous interest rate in which i have excellent credit, so i asked for OTD price so that i could contact my lender and was never given one. this place is very unprofessional. also the day of my appointment they increased the price of vehicle $1500
Salesman was rude. Lied on the phone about the price negotiation. Sales manager didnâÂÂt want to talk to us until we where leaving and out in the parking lot!
They were straight forward during all aspects pertaining to the car. Courteous and informative salesman (Sammy). The vehicle didn’t meet my needs, but the salesperson was excellent.
Day of purchase we noticed the center console latch was not functioning properly and the manager was not willing to order the part to make it right. The part cost $32 on a wholesale site. Sorely disappointed in this experience.
The vehicle was not ready to test drive even though the appointment was made 3 days prior to test drive. Car was filthy and unsafe to drive as one of the tires immediately failed after driving off of the lot and the power mirrors were broken and not adjustable.
So they listed one price on Capital One who was my lender. Which the information comes from the dealer to the lender. On the car gurus website it listed the price for about $24k and on the Capital One site but when I wanted to confirm . The dealership told me it was $30k selling price and $32k out the door. So not confident in their prices or if it a bait and switch .
Fantastic dealership to deal with. Traded in one car, bought the next, and it was the most painless dealership experience I have ever had!
I contacted this dealership on April 14th about the Delmonico Red Ram 3500 dually that was on Cargurus. I was told the vehicle was available. I let this dealership know that I would be traveling through SC on April 16th to visit their dealership to test drive this Ram and that this trip was about 6 hrs out of my way. They made an appointment and gave me a reservation number. I arrive at the dealership about 20 minutes prior to the appointment time.
