I have made two visits to this branch recently and altogether opened three accounts here in England and started an application for an account in India. The first visit I was assisted by Priyanka. She was extremely knowledgeable and made whole process seamless. Second visit Devesh looked after me and my brothers. Again he took a very complex task in his stride. What he achieved in one visit was very commendable. He was assisted by Menaka who was very courteous and helpful also. It has been a pleasure visiting the store.
