Had the Sunday Brunch. Great selection and very good!
Nice place to visit, all the staff was very nice. Was there with my fathers 50th anniversary for his Marine group, so about 30 or 40 of us there. Most of them were older so not as much stuff for them all to do but still ok. The rooms are smaller and no fridge or microwave in the rooms. Food was good, bar was cool, fish need more room to swim..lol anyways more good than bad. Thanks Illinois for having us Semper Fi!
Stopped in for lunch burgers and a beer 41.00$. Kinda pricey.
We were at Starved Rock Saturday evening and listened to live music on the patio. What a beautiful place! The band was really good...Silverstrings. I'd love to see them there again.
This is our second time staying at the Lodge. Both times we have been happy. Everyone is friendly and rooms are very clean. Have had several meals in the dining room and have been fairly happy. Food could have been a little warmer, but was good. Great place to come stay,relax, and hike.
