Fun friendly staff
I’ve been a loyal Starbucks customer since 2013, and my go-to drink has always been a Vanilla Latte. I order it several times a week and know exactly how it should taste. This morning, I ordered 7 Vanilla Lattes from this location, and unfortunately, the quality was very disappointing. The drinks tasted like cold milk with coffee, not creamy at all, and with no foam. As a former Starbucks employee, I understand how important it is to take allergies seriously. I recently visited the Starbucks on Cabela and clearly communicated that I have a dairy allergy, requesting oat milk. Unfortunately, I was given a latte made with regular milk. I ended up going to a different location, where I called ahead and spoke with Cameron. She was incredibly kind and helpful—she remade my drink, offered me a recovery card to acknowledge the inconvenience, and went out of her way to ensure I was taken care of.... read more
