The worst location to get a cappuccino from. Refreshers are probably the only consistent drinks they can make. Location should work on their customer service @Sunday afternoon shifts.

I went with my friend and the girl with blonde hair that at the front and the girl with braids that’s made drinks they was hella rude and was rushing us, mind u we had just walked in

When you pay $6 or more for coffee or tea at Starbucks, you’re not just paying for the drink—you’re also paying for the customer service and experience. Otherwise, I would have gone to Panera Bread or Command Coffee, which are both great cafés in their own right. I had placed a mobile order and waited for 15 minutes while the screen said that my order was ready. The barista was just kind of standing there, so I asked her nicely if my order was ready, to which she glared at me and made 3 other drinks before making mine, even though they had ordered at least 10 minutes after me. She finally set the drink down harshly, making it spill everywhere and looked at me, still glaring.
