Asked for a little extra strawberry puree on the inside of my cup & got like an inch of puree in the bottom of my cup making the drink way too tart. The gal at the windows was telling me its hard to pour, seriously? The experience is just sad as ive ordered my drink there before the same way & it was perfect. All else was good and my egg bites were delicious.
I've been a customer of this place for over two years, and every time I order a medium-sized hot coffee with two sugars and two creams. Yesterday, I received a bland-tasting coffee, mostly water, unlike before. Today, I complained to the manager, but the manager said I didn't buy it there. I bought another cup of coffee, and it still tasted bad. I returned the coffee to the manager and told her the coffee was bad. The manager just said, "Have a nice day," and then I left.
