I love star bees my drinks are consistently on point and the customer service is great
I ordered a caramel macchiato and you can taste that they used old coffee instead of espresso. I even got extra caramel and it still tastes like old coffee. I definitely feel like if you order through the app, there’s no way to get tips, so the baristas make your order sub-par.
This Starbucks is my LEAST favorite to go to. They regularly do NOT fill up your cup. If I am paying almost 7.00 for a venti latte, the least you could do is fill my cup up. They don’t even hide it like other Starbucks do by filling the cup with the whipped cream. Nope, they just blatantly leave room in your cup. And god forbid you should ask them to fill the cup up.
