I get the same two drinks everyday. Normally during the morning. Today I went in the evening 5:30pm once I got my drink I noticed it was very light as in not having the right amount of whatever coffee base is put in the Frappuccino. I asked to get it remade if possible. The cashier took it then The barista( light skinned female with black curly hair) came to the window with an attitude and asked for me to remove my straw and took the same drink probably added regular coffee to it added whipped cream and gave it back. Introduce my elderly mother to Starbucks and they were fantastic about it! Even wrote a cute little saying on our cups!!!
