Picked up drinks and food a couple weeks ago. One of the drinks was made incorrect and was hot instead of iced. I told the barista and it wasn’t a big deal or anything to me. She had serious attitude and was rude. I’m sure it happens all the time but poor way to act from her. I used to go here a lot living near by, but will not anymore and will recommend others don’t as well.
Fabulous batistas at 56th & Illinois!! Smart, efficient, and great service (always)!! A fave place to get our daily venti!!
