You can always tell when there is a staff change or new lead- they over think things . Cold foam on a hot shot of espresso melts into the espresso and adds flavor. Don’t make me feel like an idiot for my order that I get multiple times a week (it’s a repeat that i auto populate) because you screwed it up. Terrible customer service with the later shift employees, if you’re ordering after 10 am you might as well just drive to Plainfield.
